Exciting beginning to a New Year! We’ve added more of your favorite classes. Monday 7:00pm TRX with Heather Lee, Tuesday 6:30am and Friday 5:30pm TRX Bootcamp with Nikki Virnelli. Wednesday 2:15pm Yoga with Awanti, and Sunday 10:00am with Heather Phifer.
TRX Boot Camp with Nikki Virnelli
TRX boot camp is a 60-minute total body workout which incorporates cardiorespiratory, strength, core, and flexibility training. We will combine TRX suspension training with body weight and free-weight exercises in order to raise and maintain your heart rate. Our boot camp is perfect for those clients who are looking for a fat-burning, fast-paced, and fun total body workout experience.
Yoga with Awanti
Our yoga classes are fun and challenging at the same time. We focus on proper alignment and holding the pose longer, so that you feel the effect and benefit of each pose long after your class. The sequences are very logical and safe, flowing from high-energy asanas to happy restorative endings. Our classes are suitable for all levels.
TRX Suspension Training
with Heather Lee Tuesdays 8:30am and Wednesdays 5pm
with Heather Lee, Heather Phifer and Erika, focusing on exercises that increase flexibility throughout the entire body. The class includes a warm up to get the muscles ready to stretch for the remainder of the class as we use equipment, mat and props to facilitate the stretching movement.

Seniors (65+) and Rehab class
Are you 65 or older or rehabilitating an acute or chronic injury? Come join us in our Seniors Fitness and Rehab class and bring your friends, spouse, relatives. Classes are on Fridays at 10:30am and Tuesdays at 2:30pm
A high energy group fitness experience that fuses Dance, Yoga, Stretch and Cardio Sculpting done on the ballet barre. You will firm, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk.
