At Pilates Plus, we offer a unique experience to take multiple types of classes in one studio!
Pilates Reformer, Chair, Mat, Combo, and Stretch, Seniors, TRX, Barre, Privates and Semi-Privates
We’re mixing things up and combining TRX and Pilates Chair into one class. Come check out this challenging class on Thursdays at 5:30PM.
The Pilates Stretch class will focus on Pilates exercises that increase flexibility throughout the entire body. The class includes a warm up to get the muscles ready to stretch for the remainder of the class as we use Pilates equipment, mat and props to facilitate the stretching movement.

Join us for an early Beginner/Intermediate workout on Wednesday morning with Jen D.
Seniors (65+) and Rehab class
Are you 65 or older or rehabilitating an acute or chronic injury? Come join us in our Seniors Fitness and Rehab class and bring your friends, spouse, relatives. Classes are on Fridays at 10:30am and Tuesdays at 2:30pm (this class starts on March 4th, 2013).
A high energy group fitness experience that fuses Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Cardio Sculpting done on the ballet barre. You will firm, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk.
TRX Suspension Training Classes
5 days/week Limited space available–please register online to reserve a spot. Please bring a pair of clean, dry tennis shoes for your workout. See website or online schedule for times and days. TRX classes will be included in equipment and unlimited packages. Similar to Pilates results, TRX workouts increase flexibility, build strength and endurance while burning calories and defining your core.
